Dance Therapy FUNdraiser!

13 years ago, my niece passed away from cancer at the age of 13. This year my cousin's daughter passed away from cancer at the age of 13.  She spent her last months at a hospice, George Mark Children's House.

Although it is never easy to say good bye to those we love, especially children, I'm hoping that you can help me "pay it forward."

Here's how it works:

Bring your donation and dance!
--Cash minimum donation is $20/person.  Sorry, no receipts provided for cash donations. 

--Check minimum donation is $35/person UNLESS you refer buddies, then the minimum is $30/person (for you and buddies).

Checks will be given to the charity and are tax deductible.  We will request receipts for all checks.  My volunteers and I are donating our time.  100% profits go to charity. 

ACTION:
Complete the Google doc or send us email (see "RSVP") for you and your buddies. Please provide complete information.

Fellas are welcome to dance too!!

The Oakland A's play at home 7/29, 605pm.  Plan accordingly.
Everyone who attends participates!  No spectators. :)
No one may wait in the lobby/building for participants (Cafe Sorriso is on the corner).
Event is for adults 18+ years of age.
