Dance Therapy offers casual, no-pressure outdoor classes!!   Expect lots of repetition & a feeling of community in the fresh air!  In Dance Therapy class, structure is loose and the only requirement is to keep moving!  You don't even need to execute the choreography!  Just dance!

👍Intro rate: 1 class for $15 OR 2 classes for  $20 (your choice, new students only). Must provide email address + reference (how you found DT).  Class card pricing provided after 1st  class.

+$25 single class.  

+Signed waiver &  reservations required.   Classes are for adults 18+. Explicit music may be played.

+Saturday mornings in San Leandro Downtown vicinity.  Location & time to be provided after reservation is made.
